yesterday I received a call from Amazon telling someone used my credit card they tell me to download quick support and anydesck app.
Then he give me a link To Secure my account I start typing all my information then I deleted before I submitted and then I deleted the app also.
my question is! Is the scam access my phone because of code and my information??

As you installed software & allowed the scammer to access your phone chances are as soon as you typed the information this would show on their screen & they would save the information. I would recommend changing your Amazon account password immediately.
