Kernel panic after sleep on new MacBook Pro 14"

Hi, I'm experiencing a very annoying and frustrating situation in which in the 90% of times I close the lid of my Mac, when I open it again after some time it shows the user login and pop ups the error window "Your computer was restarted because of a problem". Also, some times the kernel panic happens right after the simple boot, or even when switching user (happened once when I created a test user to check if the problem shows there too, and it did).

When the kernel panic occurs, the Mac doesn't have any usb devices connected, and happens both when charging or on battery.

Already brought the Mac to Apple store for support twice: the first time it was totally cleaned up, while the second time they send it to repair and changed the logic board. The problem still occurs.

I specify that whenever I had to reinstall software and copy my files to the cleaned up Mac, I always do a manual copy and don't use the Time Machine backup, as suggested by Apple.

I also tried to disable FileVault as thought it may be the cause of the issue, but the only difference I noticed was that one of the error messages reported appears less often.

I'll attach the panic reports I collected since the last reset. If needed I can also send the reports of the previous resets as I saved some. I'll send a log for each type of message I got.

I hope someone can help me, because this is getting awful after what I spent over this computer.

Hello Yesis_,

For that behavior, you'll want to take the additional steps below:

Restart your Mac in safe mode. If it successfully starts up in safe mode, choose Apple menu  > App Store, click Updates, then install any available updates.

• Uninstall any plug-ins or other enhancement software from manufacturers other than Apple. If you recently updated macOS or an app, plug-ins and other software that worked in the past may no longer be compatible. Read the manufacturer’s documentation (including Read Me notes) to be sure the software is compatible with your version of macOS.

• Use Apple Diagnostics to diagnose problems with your computer’s internal hardware, such as the logic board, memory, and wireless components. See the Apple Support article Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.

You can also find those steps in this resource: If your Mac restarts and a message appears - Apple Support

Should that behavior still persist, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support so they can keep looking into this behavior: Contact - Official Apple Support

Take care.
