Apple TV Closed Captions Lagging on Roku TV

Let's attempt to remove the Apple TV app using these steps:

Removing channels from within your channel lineup

1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
2. Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove
3. Press Star  on your remote to open the Options menu
4. Select Remove channel and confirm when prompted

Then restart your Roku via settings:

System restart your device

1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System restart

Then reinstall the Apple TV app and test. If the issue persists, it may be best to reach out to Roku directly by going to: Roku Support
