Esc button doesn't work

Sometimes the ESC button just stops functioning. In games its not possible to close menus with it and on YouTube or movies you can't escape fullscreen.

How do solve it?

It's a disaster.

Its on the MacBook Air M1.

Found solution: If you disable SIRI it works again. Some bug. I have activated her again later and it works fine.
