The replacements tips for my AirPods Pro do not fit. The AirPods Pro have white inner speakers. Not the black speakers you see in support videos.
Are there two different versions of the AirPods Pro (A2084)? One with white speakers and one with black speakers?
How do I replace the tips for the AirPods Pro with white speakers?
It appears that the hard plastic part of the tips was separated from the soft part of the tips and was left on the AirPods Pro. Only with the use of force I was able to get them off of the AirPods Pro. Underneath were the black speakers.
The replacement tip fit perfectly now.

Yeah, that would definitively make it not fit ^^,
There are no Airpods Pro with white speakers as far as I am aware of.
Are you sure you dont mean the white mesh on the tips?
If you do have white speakers some pictures of the Airpods would be nice
