Want to move downloaded movies to a external HD hooked up to my iPad mini 5. Can't find them! Any help. Thank you (again), Andy

I do not believe that this has ever been possible.

Purchased movies from Apple's iTunes store are forever locked inside of the Apple TV app.

They cannot ever be moved.

This is due to movie/TV show content creator DRM ( Digital Rights Management ) enforcement.
