One of my AirPods isn't working

Hi! One of my AirPods is not connecting through bluetooth. I've tried reseting them , they are both fully charged, there is just one that isn't connecting and I can see this because its battery level won't show up on my phone. The battery level for the case and the functioning AirPods does show up. What can I do?
