Keep purchases after changing country

Dear Apple Support Team,

I’m stuck with my Apple account country issue. My current account belongs to Russia. And it was ok but Recently I’ve got a problem with my apple subscriptions payment by any Russian bank card or cell phone. Last year I’ve immigrated to live in Israel and I’ve got Israel credit card. So was going to use my Israel credit card to cover my subscriptions in Apple store Russia. But what I found that I can’t do it either. After that I decided to investigate how I can change my Apple account country from Russia to Israel. And I found that there is no guarantee that all of my purchases will be available after I change country. Also there is no any way how I can check for each purchase its availability in new country. It is so sad because under my account I have hundreds of movies and apps purchased. I had this account for more than 10 years. And now I’m stuck because I can’t pay for it and I can’t be 100% sure that my purchases will stay after country change. Also I don’t know how to check it any specific purchased app or movie will be available in new country. And I don’t know what to do. But definitely I don’t want to lose any of my movies or apps!!! I’ve read other threads where Apple said that downloaded purchases will not be deleted. But downloading 100+ movies is practically impossible especially on Apple TV :(((

Please advice me what I can do to keep my purchases after country change.
