The phone was purchased from Malaysia and I am in Bangladesh, it is possible for me to go to Malaysia, so please remove icloud it is mobile clean

Nobody here can remove iCloud from a device except the person that put it there. Apple won't remove it unless you can provide you are the owner via an original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple authorized reseller.
If you cannot, then iCloud cannot be removed and the iPhone is useless to you. If you can, return it to where you bought it for a full refund.
