I'm trying to set up the wake up alarm with the 'Sleep' app to only go off on my watch, not my phone. This way I can have an alarm to wake up without also waking up my wife. Is this possible? I can't seem to find that setting anywhere.

As long as the watch isn't locked, the alarm should only sound on the Watch. Make sure that it's unlocked when you go to sleep and make sure that the band is snub enough so that it doesn't lose contact with your wrist during the night, causing it to lock.
