Can I connect my Apple Watch to my Oticon hearing aids?

My iPhone connects no problem. Bluetooth on the watch doesn't find them. There is no accessibility option for hearing devices on the watch Settings. Any suggestions?

Apple Watch Series 7, watchOS 8

You are correct that there is no accessibility option for hearing aids on the Apple Watch only the accessibility option on your iPhone. After you have paired your Oticon aids with the iPhone accessibility feature you can install Oticon-On on your iPhone. Then open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and then install Oticon-On on your Apple Watch. You can now control your Oticon hearing aids from your Apple Watch. You do not have all the features you have on your iPhone but it works great. You will need bluetooth enabled on your Apple Watch. Hope this was not confusing.
