iPhone 13 Brightness keep changing even when automatic is switched off

iPhone 13 Brightness keep changing even when automatic is switched off. I found out that the setting is at 2 places. Setting “display & brightness” and at setting “accessibility display and text size”. Settings at iPhone are a big mess

There is an option to dim the screen when you aren’t looking at it. Go to Settings/Face ID & Passcode, enter your passcode, and turn off Attention Aware Features if you don’t want it to do this.
