App using audio but it’s not in the list of apps for mic permissions

I was going through my settings as I’m getting a whole lot of lag with a particular puzzle game and I noticed that in the battery breakdown it says it was using audio but the app isn’t in the list of apps that have requested permission to access the microphone. Anyone know how to turn this off or what is happening? I’ve turned off the sounds within the game the first time I played it and my phone is always on silent anyway.
