Mac Studio "crash" and WindowServer cannot be managed correctly

I have really strange behaviour after update to Monterey 12.4 today.

While i am playing games on my primary studio display or when i have 2nd display connected via HDMI , the game is running and in one moment it just look as frozen but even i kill it from the task list , it doesn't disappear from the display - it is sitting as Mac OS is thinking there is nothing on the display.

If during this "freeze" i disconnect the display the game is moving to the secondary display and it is running as normal.

Which brings me to the conclusion that somehow the WindowServer or some service is not correctly managed and doesn't understand what is shown on the display.

I notice a post where people complain about having behaviour where things freeze and fix by disconnect but this is not exactly the same as i have the feeling that everything is running just MACOS don't know what is on particular display.
