Apple TV+ promotion are a scam when buying a new device

To my discuss I just brought a new MacBook the promotion say it come with 3 months free Apple TV+.

It seems this promotion is only for customer whom has not had free promotion from Apple beforehand. You only find this in the small print which take you to another web page

Apple should treat customer with respect and stop prompting when selling hardware.
