Recovery of deleted text from notes on MacBook

Hi,

I have a note on my laptop in which I write everyday. Today, at some point some text disappeared from the note and I do not know if it is possible to recover it.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

Delete and recover notes on iCloud.com - Apple Support is applicable to recovery deleted Notes, but not deleted text from an individual Note. See if it offers any recourse.
