Ethernet Network Adapter (10 Gbps)

Hi All,

I installed Windows 10 on my Mac mini. I worked in Windows environment for several days and everything was fine, however, when I switched back to Mac and again back to Windows my ethernet network adaptor stopped working. I tried to reset the network in Windows but it did not fix the problem. So reinstalled a fresh Windows again and used it for several days with no problem but yet again the same happened when I switched between the two OSs. I have repeated this cycle 5 times so far and it is no fun. I can use WIFI but I need a high speed stable connection. What can cause this problem? and how to resolve this issue?

appreciate any help

Didn’t work! But I found out it is related to bluetooth. I tried Logitech instead of Apple bluetooth keyboard and trackpad. It is definitely bluetooth no matter using the device bluetooth or Logitech USB dongle. Using wired keyboard and mouse now. everything is fine but I’m still wondering what causes this problem and how to resolve it. I’d like to be able to go back to Apple keyboard and trackpad.
