No stereo, no bass

Hi, last week i bought airpods pro (magsafe). When i play music there's no bass and the audio is not pretty good. Stereo sound is not working too, when i try to turn it on nothing happens. Also Anc have crackling sound.I connected them to iphone 13pro and 12pro and everything is fine on them. Bass is fine and stereo works normally, i can turn it on and off. Currently i'm using iphone 11 pro

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Sounds like we can isolate the issue to your iPhone 11 Pro since they AirPods work correctly using other devices. Has your iPhone 11 Pro been restarted since noticing this issue? To restart, press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider and wait about 30 seconds. Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears to power it back on. Once back on, test to see if this continues.

You should also confirm there are no iOS updates to install if you go to Settings > General > Software Updates.
