App not available in your country or region

I keep getting the same error when I’m trying to download an app that is definitely for U.K. users. So far I have tried; resetting iPhone, logging out of iCloud and logging back in, updating my country (although it was already set to U.K.). I’m all out of ideas and it is very frustrating!


can anyone advise on anything else I can try?

Hello!


I would recommend that you sign out and then sign in with your Apple ID.


  • Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
  • Tap on your Apple ID there and select Sign Out


After this, I would recommend that you restart your iPhone and this can be done by doing the following steps:


  • Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.


Now, that you have tried those steps, you can now sign in to your Apple ID account.
