osx voice memos - how do i enable icloud sync

I can't find any voice memo icloud settings on my mac (like there is one under Settings> Apple ID > Icloud on the ios). How does one enable and disable osx voice memo icloud sync?

On your Mac it's under System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Options > Voice Memos.
