I bought a new Mazda and was connecting my iPhone successfully via a cable. All of a sudden it stopped working, but other people can connect with no problem. Often when I am connected via the cable, it seems to be showing Apple wallet as if I’m trying to charge using a credit card. I can still connect via Bluetooth for phone and music through the Mazda system but it is not through CarPlay. Any ideas?

Troubleshooting CarPlay Issues:
A. Successfully "Forget this Device"
Try unpairing the phone. Then, pair it back. Perform this while in while in park.
