What is “Microsoft Auto” pop-up

What is Microsoft Auto? I got a message saying that I need to download Microsoft auto when I went into my game. Before I went into my game, I played music in the Apple Music app and went into my game on my iPhone 11. When I tapped the game it turned off my music and told me I needed to download the Microsoft app, but I hit “ignore” and now my audio on my phone won’t work unless I get a notification. My headphones don’t work when I connect them to my phone and try and play music. I reset my phone and my audio still wont work.

Just to clarify, a gamed asked you to download an app, correct? Did this occur while playing a game in Safari on your device?

If there isn't any audio coming from your iPhone speaker, please review the steps here for help with that issue: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

If you can't hear any sound or if only one side of your headphones works

1. Adjust the volume with the volume buttons on your iOS device or use the Volume slider in Control Center on your iPhone or iPad.

2. To see if you need a replacement, try a second pair of headphones. If the second pair works, contact the manufacturer of the initial pair and ask if you need a replacement. If the second pair doesn't work, contact Apple Support.
