Hi,

According to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05628287, that display includes an HDMI input.

A 2015 13" MBA has a Thunderbolt output.

I believe a cable such as this should do the trick: https://www.amazon.com/Thunderbolt-Solution-Aluminum-DisplayPort-Projector/dp/B0757JWW81
