Horizontal pink/blue lines on macbook pro

Hi,

I don't use my macbook as often as I should. But one day my screen started acting funny. It functions fine, and no other problem on an external screen/monitor. Screenshot came back clear also. I've done everything the internet said, restarting, safe, apple diagnostics test, nothing seems to work. But I did have an issue with overheating, so I started a fan app to cool down.

The lines are blue and pink, with column's. On the right side is a more fuzzy screen vertical. I really don't want to go in without getting at least a better picture at what's wrong.
