Hi Tareeky,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with enabling the head tracking feature through Spatial Audio. We'd like to help.

Has this feature worked for you in the past? Is it possible that you have turned off head tracking in Settings? These are the steps to disable head tracking. Check them out and see what it shows on your device: Settings  > Accessibility > AirPods, tap your AirPods, then turn off Follow [device].

Other steps that can help is confirming your updated to the newest iOS and if you're not, updating and testing again: Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support

Update iPhone manually

At any time, you can check for and install software updates.
1. Go to Settings  > General > Software Update.
2. The screen shows the currently installed version of iOS and whether an update is available.
3. To turn off automatic updates, go to Settings > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates.

Then, try to reset your AirPods and see if that allows you to then use all features of spatial audio: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

Keep us updated on how that goes!
