I subscribe to the BritBox Apple Tv Channel. When I try to watch Episode 11:8 of Death in Paradise it prompts me to download the BritBox App in order to watch this episode. I have been able to watch the other episodes thru the Apple TV Channel.
What is the solution?
Instead of accessing the episode through Up Next, try accessing it once through the Apple TV Channel BritBox pages. If it isn’t available there, then that is why you would be re-directed to a different source. If so, contact the Apple Media Services staff, to have them fix this.
I tried the suggestion above. Ep 11:8 is available in Britbox Channel listings but I’m immediately redirected to the BritBox app. Like WT67, I have been able to watch every episode up to & including 11:7.
I’ll try the Apple Media support but my opinion is that Britbox should address this. It’s not the first time that I’ve been redirected to other streaming apps when trying to view content previously available.
why should I pay 2x?
Britbox is supposedly working on it but they have known of the issue for more than a week now.
