limit download app count

I have a 6-year-old grandson who if left on his own will download every game application on the planet. How do I limit the total count of applications downloaded to apple tv. Also, how do I lock out "Youtube" and its applications?

Disabling re-download of deleted apps Has it been updated where parents can delete apps and disable the ability to redownload the app unless they go through parental controls again? There has to be a way to delete an app and not allow re-download unless the minor asks for permission again, right? Help with child limits I have set a viewing limit on my son’s Tiktok account...he’s worked out he can uninstall and reinstall the app and that viewing limit goes. How can I stop him reinstalling the app? I have an ask to buy limit on his iPad but it doesn’t ask me when he reinstalls apps. I don’t want to completely ban him from the App Store, that’s the only solution I’m finding.
