When i plug in the monitor, 3 dots appear on the screen and it starts charging my laptop but the screen just goes black. When i go to display settings, there is no option for the studio display. Laptop is updated and it is compatible. Any suggestions on why this is happening??
Problem resolved…after being on apple support chat and trying everything, turns out I had the usb-c plugged into the wrong port on the monitor. Lol..make sure it’s plugged into the one closest to the stand.
