Upgraded my icloud storage but it hasn't taken effect and it says my storage is full.

My storage was full, so I upgraded, not once but twice, and yet it keeps telling me to upgrade and says my storage is full. I don't want to do it again, because then I'll be double or triple billed. Apple is most unhelpful in these things. richardlost

The same with me. I upgraded my iCloud Storage and the extra 45GB simply hasn't appeared.

I've reset and rebooted the iPhone: Still on 5GB

And logged out of iCloud and back in again: Still at 5GB.

In the process, the AppleID re-login has meant I've lost some data as well.

So now I'm worse of than if I hadn't upgraded.
