My phone wasn't connecting with my watch so after trying to turn off and on Bluetooth I unpaired them but now they won't pair automatically or manually.
If I factory reset my watch will I lose all the fitness data I have on my phone fitness app ?

It won't pair which is my issue - will it back up the same if I have to reset it?
When you unpair your watch a backup of your health and fitness data is made automatically as long as the paired phone is signed into iCloud and the backup is uploaded to icloud,when you come to re-pair your watch you are asked if you want to set it it up as new or restore it from a backup,you choose restore from backup then all your health and fitness data is downloaded back to the phone and watch from the icloud backup and you carry on using your watch with all previous data intact.
If you have a backup on icloud then you can factory reset and when you re-pair the watch you restore it from your icloud backup.
