cant use data unless on wifi iphone 11pro

Since changing carrier I am unable to get any data unless connected to Wi-Fi. I have tried turning my phone off and on but still won’t connect does anyone know if this is a phone problem ( I have iphone11pro ) or is it the carrier ( Vodafone) problem

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:
