force download of Mail attachments with a mail

Can I make Mail download attachments from a specific sender when the mail arrives, before I read it?

Specifically, a security camera sends me photos, overnight. When I skim these in the morning, I have to wait for the attachment, the photo, to download. A real waste of time! How can I force Mail to download these attachments during the night?
