I got a new iPhone 13 a few days ago, and I have noticed that wireless CarPlay disconnects at the same point on my daily commute each day. I drive this way everyday and this never happened when I had my old phone which was an iPhone 11.

For wireless apple car play disconnection, Go to:
General -> Cellular -> [your_phone_number] -> Voice and Data -> Select 4G or LTE
My issue is when I have 5G Auto or 5G On it was disconnecting all the time.
Apple, fix this issue. The issue is when 5G is on. And probably some interference with Bluetooth.

You have an interesting problem, but it has nothing to do with the subject of this thread, which is losing Bluetooth Carplay in certain geographical locations. It would be helpful if you would repost to a new thread by clicking on “Ask the Community” at the top of this page.
Yup, same spot for me too. Happens like clockwork. Interestingly enough, if it’s a wired connection, I have no problems. I wonder if Centennial Airport or Sky Ridge has anything to do with it? Just a wild guess…
What exactly happens when you get to this same area? Do maps go away? What kind of car/head unit?
Interesting shortcut. Won’t work in the area near the Trinity, there is nothing there period. I wouldn’t be so harsh on AT&T, the other carriers are running into the same parts issues.
I am experiencing the same issue at 75 and Campbell with my Q5. Have you had any success finding a solution?

I’m afraid Apple has no control over the radio frequencies used by electronic toll systems. So no, Apple cannot do anything about it.
2021 Volkswagen Golf. Does the exact same thing entering my town for about 30 seconds and then comes back on and acts like nothing happened.
I have had CarPlay in a ton of vehicles with NO issues at all until this 2021 GTI. Different phones. But my Mini Cooper S is fine. Never disconnects.
