Allow au plugins with "unknown" manufacturer

I updated my macbook to 12.4 (previous was 10.smth i had my reasons), trying to update my logic too, so rescanning all my plugins after the installation I got 28 plugins "unverified" (different homebrews, frees, etc). I dont recall seeing this in OSX 10s, only with software, but I cant find any setting ANYWHERE to give permission to a plugin. Labeled as "couldn't be opened" in the plugin manager.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.4

Hi

First off... you should check the source for any updated versions of the plugins

Assuming not:

Go to Logic Pro > Preferences > Plugin Manager

Select an "unvalidated" plugin and click on "Reset and Rescan Selection" to force Logic to re scan the plugin.

If that doesn't work....AT YOUR OWN RISK:

Tick the "Use" checkbox and test to see if the plugin actually works.

Hi there, since you updated Logic as well, I'd assume that these 28 plugins are no longer compatible with the newer version. There's no setting to give permission to a plugin, verification is done by Logic on first run after updating or installing it (or after the new plugins are first installed). It's supposed to ensure stability for the host (i.e. Logic), and it's kind of a black box. You could check for solutions with these plugins' respective developers, I guess.
