My Apple TV keeps randomly shuffling around app icons. Whenever I try to fix it by putting everything back how it was before, in a week or two it messes everything up again. It even shuffles apps inside of folders. And there’s this one folder that I moved all of the apps in it to another folder, but when I put my TV into sleep mode and turn it back on, the apps are back in the folder.
How do I fix this?

Do you perhaps have multiple Apple TV boxes which use the same account for iCloud services? Then possibly the One Home Screen feature syncs these units to match each other. Turn the feature off to have it stop syncing.
The only other method that I know of, is that some user does move the icons manually with a remote.
