Remove old Health data

Just realized that Health app is using about 4Gb of data on iCloud storage. I found several topics which explain how to drop all data, e.g., all Sleep data or all Steps data. But I'm looking for a way to understand what samples are using more space and drop only old samples. Are there any way to do that?

Remove a health record
1. Open the Health app and tap the Summary tab.
2. Tap your profile picture  in the upper-right corner.
3. Under Features, tap Health Records.
4. Tap the provider that you want to remove.
