Hi, after updating my iPhone 7 to iOS 15.5 my camera shakes when taking a video? How do I fix this? Google has said to turn on the “lock camera lens” however I cannot find that option under settings >camera > record video as directed. There is no options at all for that? Please help. Thank you.

There might not be an option for certain iPhone models and may not resolve your issue anyways.
