Phone turning itself back on

So when my phone hits 30% it turns itself of due to incorect battery precentage but when it gets turned off i plug in the lighting cable and the phone (without me pressing anything) tries to turn itself back on and so i cant recalibrate my battery

You can charge your device if you plug your device in first, then turn it off.

It also seems like you are having battery issues. I would recommend checking this article and possibly scheduling a battery replacement here if this issue persists.
