Difficulty loading iPad pics to Mac laptop

After updating my Mac and putting my iPad pics on iCloud I uploaded my iPad pics to my Mac. At first my albums came in as blanks. A day or so later I looked and the albums are in but they are loaded backwards so the end of each month shows up first.

Right click the album name and chose sort. You can sort by dare ascending or descending.
