What’s the best way to replace a broken iPhone 12 screen?

What is the best way to replace a cracked iPhone 12 screen. I had it in a case with a protector but it cracked about two months after I bought it. I’ve lived with it but then broke down and paid some ship

in the mall to replace it. It bows drains my battery in half the time and the color is off. Obviously this wasn’t the best way to handle this.
