I used a glass cleaner and now the edges have a weird film. What do I do now?

I used glass cleaner for my laptop and it seems to have damaged the screen

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5

Glass screens are no more since 2012— Retina screens have a anti-reflective coating that can get damaged.
