Positive decision on refund request but card was billed anyway
I have been billed for purchasing an app AFTER receiving a positive decision concerning refund request for that same app. I sent the refund request almost instantly after purchasing the app by mistake. I can’t seem to get in touch with Apple directly though their “Report a Problem” portal to ask why this was the case. Is it just a matter of waiting until my refund comes through or should I flag this to Apple?
