iPhone not showing up correctly in Itunes/Music App

Just plugged in my iPhone SE to my Macbook Air using the new Music app and instead of the normal view, where it shows all my stuff on my iPhone with the playlists and other stuff, I just get this super weird screen that looks like my iPhone is just a hard drive or something!?! And can't figure out how to get the normal view back?!

Does anyone know how to fix this? And why in the heck is this New iTunes Music app SUCH a pain in the ***?! I've had SO many weird problems with my iPhone and this app since they took away iTunes and I'm really getting sick and tired of it. Apple used to make SUCH great apps, hardware and software, and for the last 2-5 years, it's just gone downhill year after year! NOT impresses or happy at all.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.6
