Join CD tracks works, then stops
I was copying a 6-disk audiobook. The first three disks I was able to join CD tracks. But the fourth and fifth disks, "Join CD tracks" was grayed out. WTH?

The Join CD tracks option only appears if the CD is sorted on the left-most column of numbers in ascending order and two or more consecutive tracks are selected. This image is from iTunes but the same applies to Music.
Note it must actually be that left column, not track number or album by artist, or another column which could give the same order, but not enable the option.

Thanks, that worked. I’m old enough to remember when it was just iTunes (no ‘Music’ app) and it was intuitive and user-friendly. That was a long time ago.
You're welcome. 🙂
I preferred the single app too, not least because I use both Mac and Windows.
