Unable to get Full page screenshot in Iphone 11

Hopefully this will help others. Spent hours trying to figure out why I didn’t have the full page option and googling didn’t help. Finally tried rotating phone to landscape mode, took a screenshot and the option appeared. Switched back to portrait mode and the option is still available. Hope it helps someone else.

Apple's iPhone User Guide says: "If your iPhone isn’t working as expected, you can try restarting it by turning it off, then turning it back on.":

Use iPhone Screen Recording:

No. You cannot scroll with a screenshot. With a screen recording, however, you can record as you work you way down, and then move the progress bar to the left or right, until you get to where you want to be on the screen. By the way, the Full Page option won't appear for all apps. It's available for screenshots in Safari and Mail and perhaps others.

...If Full Page isn't available in a particular app, e.g. Apple's Shortcuts app, then consider using Picsew Pro ($1.99 In-App Purchase). The app cleverly uses iOS Control Center's Screen Recording feature to record you slowly scrolling through whatever multi-screen content you want to grab into a single "screenshot" image. Picsew calls it Scrollshot Recording – see this video demo. It will even auto-remove the right-side scrollbar in the resulting screenshot.

..,If you don't tap the thumbnail, there will be no Full Page option.

If you do tap the thumbnail, you should see the Full Page option:
