Apple Pay not accepting any Visa Cards

So recently, all of a sudden my iPhone's ApplePay suddenly stopped accepting Visa Cards. I am able to add all network payment cards with the exception of Visa Cards. When I try, it says "contact card issuer". I have tried multiple visa cards from multiple countries and no luck.

The banks have proved that there is nothing wrong on their end as all those card work perfectly for other Apple Devices I have. Even Apple hasn't been able to figure out why is this the case.

I have this issue since iOS 15.4

How do I fix this?

Hey there dustiestmars,

If you're having trouble adding a specific card to Apple Pay, it may be an issue with the card itself. Are you using a card that has the same billing address and/or country for where you're located? If not, try using a card with the same billing address and country.

Should the issue persist, use the steps below:

Check that you're able to use Apple Pay:

Contact your card issuer to see if they support Apple Pay.

Update to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, watchOS, or macOS.

Make sure that you are in a supported country or region.

Check that your device is compatible with Apple Pay.

Check for services outages or connection issues.

If you see the message "Could Not Add Card" or "Invalid Card," contact your bank or card issuer.

Apple does not approve or decline cards for use with Apple Pay. If your card was declined, contact your bank or card issuer.

If you need help adding a card, learn how to set up Apple Pay.

If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support

If you're still unable to add the card(s) and have reached out to the card issuer, Contact Apple Support for next steps.

Thank you for the response.

I have tried multiple cards and took care to have the same billing/country address on my device. This problems to be only for my iPhone as I am able to successfully add the card on other Apple Devices I own. I am confused because the cards work perfectly fine on other devices but I am unable to add them. I have tried all diagnosis. Had the bank look into it, had Apple look into it. No luck so far.
