Hi, I rely on Apple secure key for all my passwords including my Apple password and they’ve disappeared overnight. I received a notification that my update to iOS 15.5 has been unsuccessful and that I need to update my payment card for my iCloud subscription (it expired). Are the passwords gone forever? Is this a glitch? Can I bring them back?

For Account Assistance, Contact Apple Store Support:
You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Account Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. Your passwords are stored in keychain, and without access toicgloud, you cannot see the passwords. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.
