Can i tweak OSX to put apps behind the notch if im hiding menubar?

Dear community,

Im using Monterey with new MBP16 with notch

I want to hide menubar and expand application to the top (place where is the notch)

Like this

But osx doesnt allow that. Is there any tweak or application which can do it?
