i need help reseting my phone without fully factory reseting it it wont let me do anything on it its froze it wont even let the slide too power off button pop up either

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
