App Auto Update Does not work

I have an iphone and iPad and neither will automatically update apps - i have to manually go to the AppStore select my profile ‘refresh’ that page and manually update apps

as far as I can tell auto updates are on…

Automatic Updates iPhone 11 IOS 16 I have all of the settings set for automatic updates. However when I check App Store. I can 10-15 apps sitting there waiting for me to do manual updates. I’ve turned the settings off and back on. Restarted phone and nothing changes. Why it this happening? This has been happening for quite some time. Not just after I upgraded to IOS16

Hi bainbrij,

If you haven't start by restarting both iPhone and iPad. Go to Settings > App Store and turn off the button for App Updates and turn it back on.
